Back from vacation

After a long-needed (and well deserved ;-) vacation I'm back online. I took all of August off and spent 8 days in New York City and the rest of the month vegetating in my summerhouse. Most of this time was spent in serene “offlineliness” so before blogging about my visit to Brooklyn Botanic Garden, new Ariocarpus plants (and Echinocactus seeds) from Mesa Garden, and my latest suggestion for a cactus soil recipe, I need to comb through the comments left in my absence and zap the spam and reply to the serious comments.
